Great News Reader for Cardiologists
Great news reader that you can take on the go. All I did was load up the application and I got some up-to-the-minute news from heartwire. I also like that this supports multi-tasking so that I can go back to the last article I was on immediately. Recommended for any Cardiologist that likes getting news from their iPhone.
Good not great
A more comprehensive trials database is needed. Should be able to access your account. But a Good start!!!
Excellent
The website is an outstanding resource, and the iPhone app is now here! Really top-notch cardiology updates, trial analyses, CME and discussions. I have had confirmation from the developers that video content for this app is on the way. This resource, either online or as an app, is a cardiology must-have.
Content ok but poor implementation, UI
Content ok, but in this day & age, apparently, the devs havent been able to spell "User Interface". On the ipad, the app comes up for the iphone display (ie: small) & in vertical orientation. One has to press "2x" to make the screen bigger. THEN... (try this sequence)... Click Trials -> pick a trial -> WHOOSH! the screen is now in a HORIZONTAL orientation. So Im supposed to be flipping the ipad around & around to read whats on here? Very amateurish interface.
Wonderful
I originally didnt realize it existed one of the most trusted websites for cardiology news Eric Topol is behind this great work so you know you in for a great ride fantastic journalism and sound science The app itself is smooth navigation is succinct I love the radio the articles and The fellows corner. BUT, there is very little updates to some of the radio aspects would love there was updates .
